Based in Portland Marina, we provide a full range of scuba focused services with an emphasis on quality & convenience.

PARKING
If you're popping in for Gas fills or dropping off kit for servicing, we offer a 2-hour free parking ticket. Or Heading out on a charter boat? Ask us for a 50% parking voucher.

Monday: CLOSED

Wednesday: 10:00 to 5:30pm
Thursday: 10:00 to 5:30pm
Friday 10:00 to 5pm
Saturday 9:00 to 5:30pm
Sunday 9:00 to 4:00pm

For Gas fills outside of normal hours, please call/email in advance and we will try to accommodate.
May: Open through out the Bank Holiday weekends including Bank holiday Monday's 

 

The Portland Gas Shack is not just for Gas Fills but also, your place to relax, chat, grab an ice‑cream, hot/cold drink, browse essential dive gear— bolt snaps, Aquasure, Black Witch, t-shirts, hoodies, mouth pieces and so much more.

Gas Fills

A range of gasses are available including air / nitrox / trimix / 100% 02. Our gas and air prices are very competitive and we always strive to offer you a competitive and accurate range of mixes by our fully trained and qualified staff.

We hand blend our gases, air cylinders need to be in test and cylinders wanting mixed gases need to be in 02 test. Proof of certificates need to be clearly visable.

Cylinders have test dates and are subject to regulations, if your cylinder is out of date or in poor condition we will refuse to fill it. If you need a service on your cylinder we can arrange this for you.

Scuba Kit Hire

Left it behind? Lost it? Not yet bought it? Whatever the reason we offer a rental service. From Cylinder hire to BCD's, Regs, Fins, weights, weight belt and other items. Email us with your request.

Kit Servicing

We offer manufacturer authorised servicing for all types of scuba diving equipment from cylinders, regulators and drysuits to lights and computers.

All manufacturers covered including Scubapro, Halcyon, Santi, DUI, Apeks, Atomic, Oceanic, Poseidon, Suunto, Hollis

You can have a piece of mind knowing that all of our servicing is done by fully trained and certified technicians in that specific brand. This guarantees that latest manufacturers specifications and all product/part update guidance instructions are followed.
